Evaluation of Senior Lecturers

Senior lecturer positions are initially for a fixed term of 4 years. After a positive evaluation the employment can be made permanent.

For the evaluation, the employee is called upon to draw up a performance report and to submit the results of the evaluation of courses (list created by the Unit for Quality Assurance) 6-9 months prior to the expiry of the fixed-term employment.

Additional documents are obtained by Human Resources Administration. The evaluation of the possible award of a permanent contract is carried out by an evaluation committee (by the member of the Rectorate responsible for teaching, the dean/head of the centre and the directorate of studies). The decision is made by the member of the Rectorate responsible for human resources.
